2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance.
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept approved payment methods including cash and bank transfer.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Property Access
Clients must ensure safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays due to restricted access may result in additional charges.
5. Liability
We are insured and take reasonable care during service delivery.
Pre-existing damage must be reported before cleaning begins.
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Health & Safety
We use eco-friendly and municipality-approved cleaning products. Clients must inform us of fragile items or special instructions prior to service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-attend to resolve the issue.
